C180/200/250 CGI Cat replacement
Just got an email from my dealer that i can pick up my car in about 2 weeks.
Ordered my 200 cell sports cat from SKG performance in the UK
Will be availlable in now and 2 weeks and fits the 180/200/250 CGI models.
You dont have to cut anything, like i had to by my Kleemann headers and cat for my C180 Kompressor.
Also will have the SKG-Powercube in a couple of months, when it's ready.
Together the gain will be about 26HP and 50 lb.Ft. (65 nm) torque.
Tested on a E200CGI
Dont know if the 180/200 or 250 CGI comes to the US ?
But there are much Asian people here, and i know that it will be availlable at Asia soon.
If you have any questions you can PM me or send an email to
steen@skgperformance.com
I havent got any thing to do with SKG, but Steen has helped me with my Kleemann stuff and since i have login for Mercedes EPC i helped him a little with some part numbers. So before people jump on me about SPAM, it isnt spam its just to help other mbworld members to have some good stuff on their Mercedes.
Also if someone need partnumbers, PM me your VIN and i will try to check it for you.
Cant wait to have my new car:
C180CGI Avantgarde
7-speed automatic gearbox
Start-Stop system
Obsian Black
Pilot Map Navigation
Multicontour seats
My 19" Kleemann wheels will fit, so they will come under the car
Sports Cat (ordered)
Trunk spoiler from JBspeed (have it allready)
and more will follow......
Also the pictures will follow when i have my car......
Enjoy your weekend.

Btw I am using Brabus B25s tuning box at the moment. The improvement is pretty good and noticeable. Great low end torque. Put an extra smile to me every time when I drive it.

Have picked up my car last friday.
7G-tronic is super, smooth and quick.
Map pilot navigation is nice, nice collored screen and good nav instructions.
Multicontour seats is a thing that i will always order by any new car. It's perfect!!
The interior is also much nicer, the dash is from better quallity.
The steering wheel feels better than my non sportpackage steering wheel in my kompressor
In the audio20 screen you also receive sms (you cant send sms)
You dont have to transfer your phone's adress book to the audio20, he picks it up when you are connected.
From kompressor to turbo (cgi):
The engine runs smoother and is more quit than the kompressor engine. He also feels faster.
The kompressor was a good engine and i liked my old car a lot, but i'm happy with the improvement they made with the facelift.
Pictures will follow.

C200 CGI 2010 high flow Cat
I have installed in my car the BRABUS ECO PowerXtra B20S. Part number : 204-B20S-00 which increase in power is 41HP (from 184HP to 225HP) and Increase in torque is 55Nm (from 270Nm to 325Nm) and runs very sweet, I also have Brabus 18" Monoblock S wheels, rear carbon fiber spoiler, Wald body kit, black mate grill, gear shift steering wheel, sport suspension and Sprint Booster to improve turbo lag (improved a lot). The next thing to do is to install a High Flow Cat to make the turbo to charge quicker and I should be generating just about 26 additional hp to end up with something around 250 HP total.
Can anyone suggest where to get the High Flow Cat for my MB?
I submit some pictures.
