LED DRLs question

I also had the same question. Two weeks ago I went to my dealer asking them to check if there is a way to set LED brightness up. They told me there is no only one brightness setup. a lady pulled in her 2010 C300 Sport model next to me. I clearly saw her LED was so bright just before she turned the engine off. Strange thing is that when she restarted engine, the LED light was as low as my 2011.
I saw somewhere people are talking about 'engineering manual', press and hold "hangup phone" and other two buttons (forgot which) the same time to get into the manual. I tried but nothing popped up.

They are brighter during the daytime if the auto headlights are off. Once the headlights come on they dim quite a bit automatically. The only option I was able to find is in the normal settings menu in which I could disable the DRL, but no intensity settings.

I tried it and still nothing. I tried with no key, key in position 1 and 2, waited more than 10 seconds, nothing. Maybe 2011 US version does not have it?

They do I poked around in it. Hold Hang UP, # and 1 for 5 seconds then release. I have always doen it with the key in engine off and command on service. Never had a problem. I always turn on the backup camera on loaners if it has MM just to be childish of course.

Yes, there is no LED light intensity setup.

Might be a stupid response. Our e class coupe LED sticks dim when the headlights are turned on.
Maybe you have your DRL's running? (Not the LED's, but the actual headlight running as a DRL.) This would make your LED's dim in the daytime too.
