Is it factual that the X-pipe doesn't help with performance at all? If it doesn't why would Magnaflow invest money into R&D for noise? Sorry guys. It was a passing thought just like passing gas. The ride looks great.......waiting for the sound clip.

It's a universal x-pipe. I would assume it would help with performance on some cars, but the C class is not one of them.

I get my mufflers and x-pipe installed in 10 days, and that wait is almost unbearable, but the wait for this video is killing me!

Anyone know the part number for single in dual out for us quad tip guys?

Also wondering if 4 of those tips would be too much!?

thanks for the complements, i got the diffuser from MCD and the tips are from motordyne they specialize in 350z/370/g35/g37 aftermarket parts.

IMO running these tips with a quad set up would be way over done, these are a 4" tips and are pretty big, if you could find 3" tips that would look good with a quad set up but good luck finding some, it took me forever to find mine

I chose the same part as wnunez, and ima just get a Y pipe fabricated, since i dunno if the distance of the dual out on the magnaflows will fit properly with the quad setup

so i just went with the safe route and gonna get a ypipe fabricated.

that would be your safest bet, i think the space with the dual out would be to close and the tips wouldnt have enough space between them

I got my x-pipe and mufflers put on today. It is SO much deeper! It's louder, too, but not obnoxiously loud. In-cabin noise has also increased. I have some pictures of the install and a video of a warm start and revs. Graduation is tomorrow, so I'll be busy. Maybe they'll be up on Sunday.
