Factory to Dealer Time

I have a MY12 C250 due for production in the third decade of July according to Netstar. When is a good time to expect the car? How long did it take for your cars to make it from production to being at the dealer? I really need to take delivery by mid-August...

Since the the third decade means day 21 to 30 after which it has to leave the factory and be shipped to the port, I don't see any way you would see it before mid-September which is pressing it. Why doesn't your salesman know all this?

When my car arrived at the Port of Long Beach, it had to go through the VPC and Customs and be trucked to Seattle which took about eight days total.

What you can do is find out the name of the ship once it's on the water and track it.
