HID Help

Hey guys, I've been reading here for a while and finally decided to buy a set of HID's for my Mercedes. This is probably the 6th set of HID's I've installed in my vehicles and this is the first that uses these error cancellors. I ordered everything including the harness and cancellors from DDM. Where do the cancellors go in the string of things? Directly after the OEM plug, before the harness? Or after the harness, before the ballest?

I have everything hooked up and the lights come right on for about 5 seconds and then turn off for 15 seconds and the click back on for 5 seconds. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Like I said, I've installed a few other sets of these in the past with no problems. This set has me stumped. I've searched this forum high and low and can't find the answer to my problem here. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Man, you should have bought from AZN Optics, a lot less junk you have to plug in and less wires....the cancelers are built into the ballasts on his kits

I should have. I actually fixed my problem somehow. I took off the harness and just ran the OEM plug to the cancellor and then into the ballest. I didn't get an error light without the cancellor either though, but figured I'd rather use it than see the error light tomorrow. Now I just have to wait until tonight to re-aim them.
