Help with Price?....
First of all HELLO guys this is my first post Im a "Noobie" and soon to be a 08 c350 4matic owner ...I have a question Im sure has been asked a billion times but for the 1 billionth and 1 time I would appreciate if anyone could put in thier 0.2 cent and help me with my decision I intend on picking up a 2008 c350 4matic (Canadian) Calcite White, Panoramic Roof ,Push Start Ignition 18inch AMG rims ,Command Navigation and few other options I forget to name it has 85000km or 53000 miles its not CPO'D but has been well maintained ..the dealer is askin for $30500 plus tax and fees bringing the total to ?$32500 .is this offer fair ? or overpriced for a car with this mileage ? I tried to get him to shave another $1000 off but he isnt budging and I really like the vehicle ..so to all you bargaining wizards out there is this a fair price ? lol I would Greatly appreciate some kind off input thanks guys

It's pretty much a loaded car, at least by my observation. Low $30k mark is a pretty reasonable number, but I would be concerned about owning such a car out of the warranty period, especially with that much equipment.
My recommendation: Get them to throw in the MANUFACTURER's extended warranty for the same price and you've got a deal. It is imperative that it is a manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty because I have seen WAYYY too many people get screwed over by third party warranty companies that won't cover a full job. For instance, you need a new seat track, they will cover the price of the seat track, $13, but the only way to get it is in a package with the airbag equipment for $1,400 in a complete assembly, you get stuck paying $1,387. This is just one of countless horror stories.

THANX ALOT jctevere I truely appreciate your input this is the type of info I need to make a smart purchase Im not sure they have Manufacturers warranty they did try to offer a 3rd party warranty for $1000 extra but I will take your sagely advise on it cuz thats my biggest fear daring to purchase a fully loaded car like this with 85k km outside warranty ...

Don't feel like you have to take the deal. You can always get up and walk away. If you don't feel like you are getting a good deal just walk away. I know it hurts at first but it will be better for you in the long run. Good Luck.
