That's an interesting view on things... my friends saw my car and were like "hey dude, did you know your Benz logo is just painted on? It's not even 3d!".

I personally would've preferred the 3d emblem similar to why I like 3d spokes/etc on the rims of my car- it has an added 'depth' to it. That all being said, it is pretty cool to say that the reason it's solid is because it has a radar behind it.

Looks like I'm not buying out my car after the lease after all... Here's to hoping that the coupe options in the U.S. have a diesel alternative!

The only thing not cool about the CDI is the sound But it is very fuel efficient and at traffic lights, ECO mode kicks in and turns off the engine anyway so you don't hear it!

Nah but it's when you drive windows down you can hear it (or when you're stepping outside the car). Happy to let you hear it next time you're in the Hills.

Nice looking car. I have ordered a 2011 C250 cdi Estate w/AMG / vision pack. Arrived in Melbourne last weekend, now it just needs to make its way to Adelaide. Looking forward to it!

On another note my original car was meant to come from Adelaide but they couldn't confirm... so luckily they had one fresh on the docks!

I did special order this so not sure if it was great, $6k off RRP. Hope thats reasonable! Too late if its not! haha

What I'm trying to figure out at the moment is whether I have the LED daytime running lights.

According to the MB Australia website, the specs list states "Daytime driving lights (LED from June 2011 production)".

Hmm...

Mine is April 2011 I wonder if I can replace it later. Hmm.

I meant that they only become LED DRL's from June 2011 onwards (rather than cathode ray?)
