Audio 20 screen Q's?

Audio 20 screen Q's?
Anyone had their Audio 20 screen black out? 
this happened to me yesterday, the screen would not show anything,
however music still works, try to turn it on & off for a few times w/o luck.
when wake up today, the screen show up again.
trying to figure this out before my warranty expires.

Could be a wiring/connector issue but never know if there is something wrong with the display part itself. The wires have very limited room behind the radio, could be that they have not been placed properly when installed.
