Sprint Booster installed

After a week of reading up on Sprint Booster I decided to get one. Installed it and MAN, find myself making up extra excuses to go to the store. LOL

The install took approximately 8 minutes, plug and play. Did it on my lunch break. Had to cut a slit in the carpet to screw the pedal back in. Gas mileage definitely affected but worth it.

Lag is gone, feeling more confident and secure when stepping on the pedal.

Thought I would share

If you want to try one before you buy- let me know. I'll let you run around with mine for a while.

I recently installed one myself...for me, I can definitely tell the difference. Still need a tune but this is my DD so I cant be without my car for more than a day and nowhere to get it tuned out here.

Mounted the switch next to the ashtray.

I have the original (no remote selector). There has been a long going debate that the Sprintbooster doesn't work, but if you try it you'll want it. Let me know when you want to meet up. It will take less than 5 to install and the results are instantaneous.

I like to see how you positioned the switch nrxt to the ashtray.
I think this will be my next mod after the X-pipe. The lag gets a little annoying at times.

I got the 3 mode SB. After I installed it and set it to "regular" mode (green), I took out the switch since it says it saves whichever mode you leave it at.

I have the old version and love it. Is the new version worth getting for the red/race option? Any feedback on this?

I personally don't even think the race option is necessary. Any more aggressive gas mileage would be equivalent to a hummer .

I posted on this a couple weeks back after install and I am still loviing this improvement to my car more than words can express....Regarding the green/red settings - I also posted I thought these were too close and wish the green was slightly more mild to have a greater variance between the 3 settings...Since then, I have noticed the difference is considerable and the red mode is not for every day driving, so I also choose the green for daily driving...However, everytime I am ripping through the winding and hilly backroads of Millstone - I make sure to boost up to the red mode, kicks azzzz....
