Well according to APR the failure rate is about 1/100. If you're willing to take those odds I guess you'd be good to go! It's pretty much the same with all other ECU Chip installers in the VW scene like StaSiS and whatnot. It all depends on who they have to open the ECU and how crappy of a day they're having I guess. But people like Arin from APR are always more than happy to serve the customer I guess. :3

But this is off topic so I'll end it there! (But how's the GTI? I'm considering trading in my C350 for one. For the better fuel economy and modding options. And to be more age-appropriate for me I guess)

2020 GLC300 4MATIC
2008 C300 4matic, ~ 65,000 miles... third set of tires (though my last set only last a few months due to running over a bag of screws), other than that, happy happy.

To the OP - you passed the 125,000 mile mark - did you send in the paperwork for the high mileage award?

I looked online and the first high mileage badge is awarded at 150k miles. still, that's a lot of driving.

2008 C350
2008 C350 sport 125000 miles and ticking

Ive replaced tires three times brake pads are still good( highway miles), had intake manifold lever go bad, tpms valve leak, ignition switch problem, command control know issue, and driver door airbag system cable failure (under warranty). Sounds like slot, but really hasn't been much considering how much I drive. Still runs like new and loving it.

Just traded my 2003 E500 for a 2012 C250. MB CPO Warranty for 5 years and purchased with only 9k miles. My E500 had 147k when I said goodbye and started getting really expensive!

Mileage Update

I'm up to 174K and one high mileage badge down and hopefully many more to go. Outstanding issues:

Drivers seat bottom is worn in the middle.
Drivers seat lumbar support is worn on the left side.
Drivers seat head-rest is broken.
Passenger door will not lock/unlock.

Other than those mostly cosmetic things still going strong.

2008 C300 Luxury
2008 C300. 90K.

(and BTW -- 27.8 mpg lifetime average, calculated accurately with mileage and receipts)

It has had one set of brake pads, two sets of tires, two automatic transmission oil changes (9 quarts -- torque converter emptied each time), 10 engine oil changes w/filters, two sets of cabin air filters, two sets of engine air filters, one alignment, and new bulbs in all of the taillights, along with an additional ground wire. It has had four sets of wiper blades. Its longest trip was about 8K miles. We hit a curb and damaged one front wheel (cosmetic only). That wheel was replaced.

It had a fuel system glitch when it was brand new. That was repaired and has never recurred. It had a leak in one of the rear view mirror housings that corroded a turn signal reflector. That was replaced.

There have been no other problems of any sort.

It has no current issues.

Overall, this is turning out to be one of the least expensive cars I've ever owned. I have owned 19 cars since 1963.

I just hit 100,200 miles on my 2012 c300 4matic. No issues yet other than regular maintenance of tires, brakes, etc.
At 60,000 miles the center console knob stopped its scroll capability but I manage to make it work with the l/r/up/dn push to navigate through letters and console tabs.
At 95,000 miles I started getting a few odd error messages here and there with ABS/Traction going off, but they disappeared on its own.
At 100,000 miles noticed I got uneven tire wear on the rears, which will need a new alignment.

Still going strong.

Mercedes w204 4matic sport
2013 c300 4matic 84k+-
Bought at 16k cpo

let’s see, I’ve done…

on 3rd set of tires not counting blow outs
1 rim
2 alignments
passenger front inside axle boot kit
front sway bar end links
ive done 2 full brake jobs and 1 additional rear pad slap
2 power steering fluid exchanges(every 40k)
2 transmission services with next one real soon(every 30k)
spark plugs
4 air/cabin filters
4 brake fluid exchanges
1 blower motor
1 command unit
1 drivers seat belt
After 50k I do oil changes every 5k with Mercedes oil
miscellaneous light bulbs
3 wiper blade sets
1 battery
replaced steering wheel tilt mechanism (a known failure if you use comfort access)

will be doing;

coolant flush
drivers seat cushion damage, I’ll replace someday soon I hope
needs front/rear bumpers repaired/painted
both differentials I’ll do at 100k
transmission service will be at 91k
needs a little PDR and a good detail
want to tint the windows
im thinking about replacing the suspension with coil overs

car is 100% stock except a front tow hook plate holder. It’s mechanically in great shape and has been great IMO. Only one time it randomly wouldn’t start but not problems found and hasn’t done it again.
