you have a C350, so you know you have P1 included. That is why you have heated seats, folding rear seat, etc.
Do you have xenon lights? (if not, get an hid upgrade kit, it's cheap and quite nice, though nto nearly as nice as the auto-leveling stock bi-xenon). They came in the P2 package (as well as the rear window shade, and headlamp washers IIRC).

In 2008 the standard cars did not have folding rear seats, even with P1 package. My aunt has a US 2008 C350 w P1 no folding seats, but has heated seats and folding power mirrors. The newer 350s have folding standars tho

I have an 08 C350 with folding seats. I've never heard anybody else say that and there's a lot of 08 C350's around here. Maybe somebody else can chime in. Figure out if i'm the anomaly of if your aunt's car is.

I didn't really see the importance of the p2 package on my 2011 lease. The LED Tail lights are a joke (they are only LED turn signals) and I have installed LEd reverse and turn signals in mine as per Mike's LED's. I also installed a 55w HID system and properly adjusted the light-cutoff and used LED in the eyelids and sidemarkers. I wanted to get it, but for some reason the lease payments are greatly affected, making you pay for the entire price of the option when you are only supposed to pay for the depreciation of that option. (IE: it wasn't cost effective).

correct, they are all package options, they dont have P2 or P3 anymore like before. Even the MM package is 3 different choices, in 2008 it was 1 package all together. To clarify my aunts car has seats that can fold, but you cant do it from the trunk w the handle, its not there. You would have to unscrew the seat back and use a flathead in the release, all non folding Cs can do that, folding seats to me is from MB with handles/cables in trunk factory.

Correct, folding seats come with PII only, for the 2008 C350.

On principle alone, I never give the books back to the dealership when I trade my car back in. 3 - W204 owners manual! :p The Folding rear seats and the HK sound system was enough to purchase the P2 package for 2008-2010.
