Ever seen these lights for W204
I found this searching on Yahoo Auction site in Taiwan.

it says its for the W204 model.

That one pictured is for the ML class (pre 2010 models). Perhaps they have others available that are for other models, but I wouldn't buy one unless I saw a picture...
