No power to command unit

No power to command unit
I have 2008 w204 with NAV and my command unit is not powering up. I had this problem for a little while now but every day or so it would just come back on. If it did not come back after a day I would disconnect and reconnect the battery and it would work fine. Now it has been 2 weeks and nothing works even when I disconnect the battery.I checked the fuses and they are fine. Can anyone help? I also can not look behind the unit because I cannot get the screen open to pull out the stereo. Oh and I am past my warranty.

please help

Sounds like an electrical circuit inside the unit has failed. Are you under warranty?

i m having the same exact issue that you described in youre post about the command unit not powering up. Did you ever fix the issue? can you help meout PLEASE?!?!?!?!
