3M crystalline Tint

I live in vancouver BC and want to tint my windows (finally after struggling for 2 and a half years....). Im planning to tint my rear with the 3M crystalline 40 or something else thats darker. Its illegal to tint the front windows but I think that a 3M crystalline 90 tint is fine. What to you guys think? I was also thinking about the 3M crystalline 70, but might be too dark..? and the popo's might notice it.

I just tinted my windows with 3M crystalline 70. It is very very light so I don't think you need to worry about it being too dark.

Where are you folks finding Crystalline installers? I've contacted every local shop who handles 3M and none will touch it due to inventory costs. I also called 3M and they cannot find any installers in my area in southeast Michigan.
