It's a Japanese thing called ONI camber. Stupid? Yea I think so too but they have the roads over there capable of doing it.

yea ONI or demon camber is just another form of VIP style they have over in japan and other parts of Asia. every continent seems to have there form of auto modification, this is just one of theirs.
