Advice/Tips/Experiences with Touch Up Paint?
I have 2 freak scratches on my baby on the front drivers side door. I don't think it was from someone else in any parking lot - I think it was a result of my always worrying about the car turning into reality, with some random debris on a highway ramp flying by and hitting the side of my car (which I have never seen happen before ever on the side).
Anyway, I got some touch up paint color matched to my car via the VIN from the dealer this weekend. Anyone have experience using this and a suggested technique?

Here are some touch up paint how-tos and videos that I have bookmarked. Should be enough to get you by with a decent result.

my touch up paint is from www.touchuppaintonline.com. i have used the paint to cover up the paint chips in my bmw and now it looks good. try to check the site. they should have a color code for your car.

Not sure how to add the link, but search "paint chips resolved" - I used Dr Color Chip on my car and it is an amazing product, I think I added before and after pics in there.
Post a pic of your damage - you will get better advice....light scratches are not the best flaw for this product - but chips disappear nicely especially on darker cars, on your black car you will be really happy with the results.
