2009 C300 air conditioning question

This is the first car that I own that doesn't drip water under it when using the air conditioner. No water at all.Not a drip. The air conditioner works great.
I started thinking about this due to the occasional smell from the vents.
Last time I had a problem like this { different car, many years ago}I was able to unplug a drain hole { flap?} from the air conditioner after which stinky water and a bunch of leaves came out and the smell went away.
My car is under warranty.

The AC has a condensate drain which absolutely drips on the ground unless you live someplace with zero humidity. I always have a small puddle on the garage floor on warm days.

I'd go have that checked out. My 2008 seems to have two drain holes. It will leave two stripes of water coming up my driveway and two good size puddles in the garage.

Thanks for all the replies.I'll take a look at the car and if I don't see any drain holes or water flaps from the outside/bottom/etc then I will take it in under warranty .

Yup, I've been under my car and saw dripping water right around under the drivers foot well. It's probably dripping you just haven't noticed it. I doubt the dealer will do anything if you tell them its not dripping, but everything works fine and it blows cold.

Went to the dealer.they wanted to charge me $430 to replace cabin air filter
And deodorize the vents......both have nothing to do with why my air conditioner is not draining water.
Then they wanted $140 to check into it.
I will be looking for the location of the air conditioner drain hose.
They gave me a c300 loaner and it was draining water on my garage floor like crazy.I marked the location of the loaner wheels on the garage floor and where the puddle of water was,so when I park my car in the same spot I will know where to look.....l

Here in NH, I go to a local foreign car garage. The guys there are very knowledgeable and super fair on pricing. I paid a total of $335 to have the transmission flushed, the brake fluid changed and the engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced, all with German-made OEM or equivalent parts.

My point is that MB dealers are often not the best place to go to get your car serviced. They invariably overcharge and, even worse, are often not adept at finding the root cause of a problem.

I often kid with my wife that we can't move away from here because of that garage. A new doctor and barber are easy to find... but finding a good mechanic is another challenge altogether!
