What country are you in, and how confident are you about the fuel that has been used? As I recall, the sulfur smell may be hydrogen sulfide and may be the result of the level of sulfur in the gasoline. Glynn, your thoughts?
I think the first thing I would try is to stop the octane boost. Who knows what is actually in that, and you are already putting in higher octane than necessary or beneficial. Try matching the fuel you buy to what is actually on the label on the fuel filler door from a major brand name station in your country.
I don't know the answer to that, but removing them is not the answer. You should find out what is causing the problem instead of adding to air pollution. Perhaps your dealer can help figure out what is happening. If you have to use 95, you certainly don't need octane boost and may be contaminating your fuel.
