That won't necessarily work. I looked for an MB part number for a very similar OE shift knob for my manual trans, and found the part was not released for any North American distribution. It was a good part number, but showed no availability nor pricing here. I wound up buying it from:

who is a MB dealer in Germany, and sells on eBay. They can probably help with the automatic knob as well.

Well they might have it since my shift knob is probably the same thing as a 2012 luxury model. But then expect to pay full retail price for it.
