Shaving offsets ?

I want to get a set oz futura's or keskin kt's if cant find the right size but for both sets the highest offset is 35 . I was told with the right tire size i could run a 35 offset but im lowering my car in a few days and i dont think it will work . Which brings me to ask this question , if i shave the offset to be more positive will i run into a lot of problems later on and also is this even possible on the futura as its a 3 piece wheel ?

should be possible and i dont see why you would ever run into problems later. all that is shaved is the center hub which raises the offset. this is most likely the answer to fitting those wheels but i'm not an expert. maybe B.Gorman can chime in.

the only issue i can think of now with shaving is slight caliper clearance if anything. i do not own a W204 and everyone alway says to not run more than 45 f 50 r. You do have the few that are willing to put the work in to fit wider widths and lower offsets. I have a W209 and most run an 8.5 32 f 9.5 35 offset rear. Few are using spacers with 22-25 offsets. I am willing to put the work in to fit different sizes. I custom ordered a set of Work wheels @ 19x9+21 with 15mm spacer to clear calipers making it 19x9+6 front and 19x10-0 rear. I was expecting some major work but surprisingly the rears were perfect and the fronts will need some work. If you are willing to make it work just do it.

Seems like plan so far than , I take my car in a few days to be lowered , guy does fender rolling so I'll let him do the measuring in regards to caliper clearance .

oh ok i just figured cause you said you would have your guy do the measuring in regarda to the caliper clearance. that would be after you have the wheels and decide to shave them.
