I'm afraid I don't have any dyno's of a C300 with a TUNE file.

A C350 and C300 will be an M272 the 2012 are the only ones that arent with the exception of the C300 4Matic its a M272 the 2012 C350 is a new engine, and so is the C250 for which I dont know the engine codes

Well said.
The V6 found in the new 2012 is called the M276 (3.5L 'GDI'-Gasoline Direct injection, or CGI if you'd like). The C250 still uses the M271, however, it's referred to as the M271EVO (DE18LA if you want me to be supergeek) since it's now turbocharged and uses direct injection.
To take it one step further, the new N/A 5.5L engine in the upcoming SLK55 is called the M152, which is simply an M157 motor without the turbo's.
