X-Pipe Atlanta

So I decided it would be foolish to consider trading in my car within the first year so i decided i'm gonna get some mods in. I decided to get the X-pipe installed and i did find the magnaflow link from searching on the forum, now what i'm looking for is a place in atlanta that would install it for me. I know there is pep boys and midas, but i would feel more secure to go to a place someone here has had good experience with.

Let the suggestions roll!

I don't have experience with Buckhead, but that number sounds about right. I did my x-pipe plus tips with a c63 diffuser for 250.00 at a local muffler shop in Raleigh NC

My install *maybe* took 30mins, including sawing off the stock resonator, so you're def. being taken for a ride. You shouldn't go to a tuner shop for this anyway. Go to an exhaust shop, preferably an independent. Lower prices and true skilled experts vs a tuner shop that might weld something once or twice a year (generalization!). I was charged $80. Also, unless you care about brand, order the x-pipe from Lawson Industries off Amazon for $37.

Hmm... yeah it didn't seem like removing the resonator and welding a xpipe in would take an hour and half. I think i'll check up with the local Midas center, Magnaflow had them listed under their distributors so maybe they can do it. will keep you guys updated.

Aerove I think they are ripping you off, here in NY I payed $85 to get the resonator cut off and get the X-Pipe installed and I also took 2 other people from the forums to the same place and they got it for the same price so I suggest you check a different place

I had mine installed at Extreme Performance Mufflers on Jimmy Carter Blvd. a couple years back. It is a decent place that seems to cater more to the Asian "fart can" scene but they did a good job for 85$.(already had my x-pipe)
