It seems some people do run them though.I know of another company, AirRex. You can go to AirRex-usa.com for more info.
I've been roaming around air ride forums lately because I've been looking for a system too. I just registered to AirSociety and introduced myself. One of the member works at a shop here in the bay area (Fremont) by the name of MemoryFab. MF is a authorized dealer to sell the ARex system and they actually installed it on a W211 E-Class along with a Mercedes specialist from StanceLab.

Anyways, after I introduced myself, firebert aka Wing (MF employee) responded with this.
I'm Wing from memoryfab. We are also a authorized Accuair dealer (as well as Airlift and AVS) so you can get everything from us. We always offer a additional discount on management when you buy AirREX air suspension systems from us. Additionally if you need installation service we are working closely with StanceLab which employs Factory Trained Mercedes Technicans. http://stancelab.com/
If you go with the AirREX kit you definately won't run into the same problems because our bags compress more when aired out. The common problem with UAS is the inner tube only allow their bags a compressed height of 4" vs. our hollow double convoluted bellows which has a compress height of 2"
Oh I forgot to mentioned we are actually doing a W204 next month with StanceLab X Mercedes of San Francisco. The kit is on our next shipment. I'll post the results when done and I invite you to come check it out and go for a ride or test drive."
AirRex looks like a great system because besides just raising your car up for speed bumps, they actually have it installed in a Mini Cooper that does racing events and have won.

I am in no way a dealer for AirRex or vendor. I am just stating things I have found out while I have been looking for an air ride system that is reliable. Are you just interested in getting air ride for the comfort or to go low and still be comfortable?

I have no knowledge of the KSport kit but since its exactly the same as the D2 i have had some time using it. I have it on my E46 M3 and it is an okay kit for what you get. The basic kit comes with the coilover/bags, tank, lines and basic management kit. Everything has been fine but the only thing i have had a slight issue with is the management kit. It is an analog switch type in the dash with the up down buttons and a pressure gauge. There is really no way to tell if the front and rear of the car are even unless you are using a remote from the outside.
With all of that said i will be swapping everything over from the M into a 3 series wagon in the next month due to a total loss. I will really get more time with the suspension and will be switching out from the basic management kit to an Accuair e-level or some other type of digital kit to make things easier. What is making me go with AirREX on the CLK is the option to purchase just the coilover/bags and be able to use any management kit i want. There is also two main shops dealing with them and you get better customer service. It all depends on what you want but quality and warranty wise i would do AirREX.
