Question Help requested

Can anyone tell me what the thread dimensions are for the screws that attach the license plate to the ridiculously expensive front license plastic bracket. The bracket screws to the bumper cover, and the screws that I need attach the license plate to the bracket. Here i NJ we are a2 license plate state. Thanks for any help. Hopefully, I will learn enough to repay the kindnesses that have been extended to me.

They are just sheet metal screws, they are not machine screws that have thread pitch specs. Any 1/2" long mid size screws will work, and any parts store or even a gas station with a help rack will have them. I beleive the front plate bracket actually accepts 4 screws, 2 top and 2 bottom. Im from NJ too, but its been a few months since Ive hung a plate. The MB bracket itself only takes 2 screws into the bumper
