Says I need B3 Service in 5days? This is just oil change right guys??

Unhappy service B3 for 2009 c350
Can anyone tell me all the details about the b3 service I call MB of miami today, they told me it will cost me $799 plus tax for my 2009 C350

IS it the 39k service. If so check that that price includes the transmission flush. Please also search my post that I made a couple of months ago. Once the dealership thought I may start shopping around, their price improved substantially!
