OZ or AMG? , and Anyone know how much AMG style 6 weight?
I am planning to change the wheel for my W204. I do hesitate about OZ racing Ultraleggera 18X8" which weight = 8.4 KG:wheel and AMG style 6 or 5 Spoke (like C63AMG), 18X8". I can't find exact weight for AMG. But I guess it might heavier than OZ racing.
Anyone can provide me an information on AMG style 6 weight? I found only 17" available which around 12 KG.
So, If I change to OZ instead of AMG, is there any advantage of AMG over OZ?
I think , the lighter wheel make the car accelerate faster. However, my friend said benz should be with AMG which make me uncertainty on this.

OZ Racing rims are great. I have seen them on the Aston Martin race car and my friends Ferrari. Some AMG rims are manufactured by Borbet. They are OK, but I wouldn't say they are a high-end rim.

Looking to do the same as well, I noticed the OZ Ultraleggera rims after looking at the images of the Edo Competition C63, which I thought just matches beautifully!
To answer your question though, referring to this :https://mbworld.org/forums/wheels-ti...ke-wheels.html
The AMG 5-spoke rim weighs 50lbs with Pirelli tyres installed, which would be about 22kg according to google, though correct me if i'm wrong.
