I am new to Mercedes, and was putting an order in for a black on black C63 sedan. For 2012 you have the option to choose between the twin spoke 18" wheels (795) or the previously available single spoke wheel (790). I have been leaning towards the single spoke because I thought it looked stout on black, and even though it was an older version, I think it only comes stock on the C63, whereas the double spoke can be ordered on multiple cars (C300, C350). Isn't that true?

Could you please share with me your preferences? Thanks much for any input.

The 5 double-spoke AMG wheels that come on C63's look different than the optional 5 double-spoke AMG wheels that you can get on regular C's.

I like the 5 single-spoke AMG wheels more than the new 5 double-spoke AMG wheels for the same reason that you've described. The double-spoke ones do look good on the C63 coupes, though!
