Major Problem with my engine

Can you please check mine VIN #WDDGF87X48F184288

My engine sounds like it's about to die. Took it to Mercedes, they denied anything was wrong with it, said it runs a bit rough. lol

I have a 2010 c300 w/ 197k built in 06/2009 and the engine code is above the range of affected motors.

my vin is WDDGF8BB8AF418241

For the past year, I have been experiencing timing issues at low speed and rpm. I replaced on the right side magnets (twice) and the sensors (once). I never touched the left (driver) side as they were not leaking. I just got done checking the camshaft marks and they are all good/aligned.

So, what would be the next step you guys would look for?

I have a family owned workshop and always changed my oil with high quality MB approved fluids every 7,500 since 69k and the trans fluid (four times) rear diff (three times) and the front diff (technically not a diff) thru the drain plug at 103k (once). I have never seen any metal in the oil filter.

these are the codes

0522=P2006 Tumble Flap intake manifold short circuit to ground of sensor lines, shafts stick in the actuated position

1200=P0017 Constant adjustment exhaust RIGHT cylinder bank 1 retarded

0060=P0015 continuous adjustment camshaft RIGHT, incorrect position of exhaust camshaft

0272=P0012 continuous camshaft adjustment RIGHT; incorrect position of the intake camshaft

First of all with me I changed all the magnets whether they needed to be changed or not I change the seals in the back. What’s interesting for me is I drove around for a little bit I got a check engine light again for the magnets
I put the old ones back reset everything and they never came back again. As far as the alignments I’m sure you know you take the covers off and you line them up with the moons from what I remember and go from there to see if the chains jumped or not

Cover off, marks are aligned. I m guessing solenoids or sensors, again.

my only concern is, can there be something internal at fault.

If you change the sensors no joke and you’re getting a check engine light put the old ones back that old magnets that’s what I did and it cleared everything up and I’m like wow what a waste of time and money I have the brand new magnets in my trunk just in case. But I did that I got magnet codes I change the magnets after I did an intake manifold change I checked the alignment everything was fine. So on a hunch because I used to be a mechanic I put the old magnets back in the original ones I reset the time check engine light and everything was fine

Basically I got a false negative I don’t know if it’s because the intake manifold did something or another part did something but it gave false codes and putting new ones in I still got false calls after reset I put the original ones back in and I reset everything as far as you know clearing the codes and I’ve been fine

Were you noticing rough shifting at low rpm’s? For me it feels like a bump and worse situation the car jerked as if I was driving a clutch at the age of 16
