UMI vs. Nav20 question

Ok, so first Mercedes mod.

I emailed the dealer:
Good evening,
I recently purchased a 2011 C300 from your place, and am interested in adding the Navigation 20 system.
Could you estimate for me the cost of adding this to my current vehicle? I currently have Audio 20 without Ipod integration.

The service manager emailed back:
Good morning,
It looks like what we need is a universal media interface.
Labor to install $230.00
The interface kit $1298.00
EPA/SHOP $40.00
TAX $111.72
INSTALLED TOTAL $1679.72

WE DO HAVE THE KIT IN STOCK AND CAN INSTALL IT ON TUESDAY.
PLEASE CALL ME AT 303 -410 - 7818
THANKS

So,
From what I have read here, I think the UMI is the same as the Nav20 (new name for the same thing).
Is that correct? Or is there a difference between the Nav20 and UMI, and I need to get on the horn with this guy and check part numbers?

Thanks,
Alan

Disregard, answered my own question.
The part number they are installing is A204 870 7096
This is the Navigation 20 / Nav+4, which is the upgraded version of the old UMI.
