Guys,

My sister just hit some big snow here in Missouri and broke the mesh on her 11' C300 4 Matic. I was wondering where I could find a replacement for her at?....other than having to pay the premium at Mercedes. I know you're the pros so I said I'd ask you all. i saw a couple on ebay awhile back.

Same thing happened to me when we had record amount of snowfall last year and driving around and saw more than a few C-classes with broken mesh. Made me wonder if the part was weak to begin with. Dealership wanted $87CAD for the part. I decided to get two and the service guy said, that's a sign that you'll never need the other one.

I believe it's only $70US for the part at the dealership.

Better that it breaks in snow plow mode, vs more expensive front bodywork.
