Towing with ATM
Has any any experience with towing a heavy load with an MB ATM?
I like to sit at 90km /hour on the freeway & maybe down to 60 km on rough secondary roads . The RPM is always too low for the load/conditions so I keep the little diesel perculating at 2000 RPM manually which is maximum torque (400 Nm).
Is this method prolonging the life of the mechanicals?
By the way, it is an excellent tow vehicle.
