Maintenance & Private Shop in Dallas area
Don't understand much about cars since I'm a chick, but it is my first time owning a German car. From what I hear, they require more maintenance than most so I'm just trying to learn as much as I can to keep it in healthy condition.
From my understanding the maintenance icon appears to indicate its in need of service, is it programmed to turn on at every 10k intervals or what exactly...? Is this when oil change & air filter occurs?
I also understand that in the c300 sport the tires are staggered, but one should still rotate tires, even though only the two front & two back can swap across another? What's the recommended miles to do rotation?
Normally I just took my Avalon to the dealership for oil change, but I find it ridiculous to pay the dealership price at MB. Anyone know of reliable private shops in the Dallas area?
