This is an old thread that came up in a google search I did. It is likely you need a DAS 2010 with DAS developer enabled. Once you go in, you should be able to get to the menu below and enable the CAN ID 34 to get your lines … I managed to enable mine

Apart from switching the camera on through the hidden engineering menu you also have to enable it from the general settings menu. No secret codes for that one but you should find more details in the handbook.

I was in the menu last night... I was on the HD parameters page...it says 1/18 but I could not figure out how to get to the other pages....I tried DOWN...nothing. It was stuck on option 1-7
what was I doing wrong? ah maybe RIGHT on the wheel?

I HAVE A 2012 C300 WITH NAVI AND ALL BLUETOOTH. WHAT ALL DO I NEED BESIDES THE CAMERA. FAKRA CABLE??
BEHIND THE FACTORY HEADUNIT DID IT HAVE A YELLOW RCA CABLE FOR THE CAMERA OR DID YOU NEED A FAKRA CABLE???
