Radiator Cooling fan relay/sensor location?

The radiation cooling fan runs at full speed everytime I turn the car on and it's 40+ degrees outside, it only shuts off when I turn the engine off, can anybody point me where to locate the relay or temperature sensor for the fan?

It's not that simple. The electric fan runs at varying speeds in response to the various cooling loads, whether the AC running on a hot day, what the engine temp is at that moment and so on. Likely there is a stored code if there is a true malfunction.

i accidentally plugged the "block heater"(you know what i mean if you in Canada) in 11c degree spring, the water temp shows 90. everything works fine. just the front fan keeps running at full speed all the time.(really noisy!)
even when i shut down the engine it will goes on for like 30 sec....so im sure it's not in the water cooling sys since its 90 degree which is normal engine temp...
