part of the problem bro is our north east location. The only real way to get a solid tune out of mods is to have the car on the dyno and test. I supposedly have a custom tune but how do I really know? I felt a difference but it could be just mental lol. I cant even find anyone in NJ w a good dyno that I can run on. I beleive there is a shop in NY state that is a location for some brand name tuning software but again I doubt they have a dyno. Theres so much more out there for the C63 cause of all the mods and interest. I tried getting dyno runs in before I tuned my car, I did it at like 700 miles on the speedo so I didnt even really break it in yet, but I had the car torn apart to install my system so I did it then. It feels faster than my 08350 but who knows.....

Well I def need a new tune cause my car is a lite funny after I installed the headers ... Revs up every few seconds past 1000 rpm while idling and I believe it's software related . Honesty I would just delete my current tube if I could do it through the engineering menus but I couldn't find anything there .

A "canned" tune isnt going to help you, you need a dyno tune. or a company who can fine tweak there tune for your mods. As for you high revs thats due to no cats and a more free flowing system. Its the same thing with my GC after removing the cats.

Hate to Thread-Jack, but can these chip mods, be detected by MB, and if so, would that obliterate the warantee?
Thanks

if it was a chip tune, then if they ever looked at the ecu then yes they would see that. We flash our file on top of the mb software via obd port (no chip installed) and have done over 4000 cars without anyone having any dealer issues.

In all honesty, yes with any mod the dealer could jack part of your warantee..

You should check out Broadway Performance in Passaic. That is where I get my stuff installed that I am too lazy or don't want to do myself. They have adyno dynamics that you can run on, and work with Eurocharged a good bit.

John, the owner, is a great guy and goes out of his way to help out his customers. He is also fairly well known by a lot of the enthusiasts in the area, everything from my lowly Chrysler all the way up an Ultima GTR build he did, or the FI he was doing on an R8.

I have no affiliation with him, I am just a frequent customer of his. Give him a call, he answers the phone 99.9% of the time. Even if he has a wrench in the other hand.
