C Class tuning

I have a 2010 C350 and was looking into some tuning options.
Anyone heard of this place for tuning?
Logic Lab Tuning - raceline, tune, custom, tuning, benz
The guys claims that it won't void my warranty.
This is what he wrote "You will not have any warranty issues. It is undetectable by the dealer as we write a mercedes checksum which is what the dealer diagnostic looks for when they test the car."
Is this true??

Don't know anything about the company. But a checksum can only provide a binary response to the validity of a specific version of software. If you have any issues where the dealer might question the s/w version your car's computer is running they'll either reflash it or verify that it's the latest. In the former case, you'll lose your tune. In the latter case, if the checksum doesn't match the value for the most up-to-date version, they'll reflash and you'll lose your tune. You should find out what their policy/cost is for retuning should this happen.

I got this answer from the tuning place.

They usually will not reflash the ecu unless it is part of a recall or some other service call, but in the event it is my reflash fee is $50 plus shipping and it will be the same file that was previously on the car.

Should I go for it? And what if they go out of business? Back to square one I guess? Ha!

Have you seen any real numbers on the C350??? I've been looking but can't find any real numbers. And I am pretty sure they will not give 85% hp and tq boosts as claimed... but 10% sounds realistic, in which case the price still wouldn't be so bad??? If you get it, please keep us updated. $350 for a great mapping would be a hellofa deal, and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one interested!!!

Quick google search yielded no results with ppl who have used this company. Not to mention, most of mb's regular tuners still haven't been able to get past mb's locked ecu and are running piggybacks. I question how they are able to get into it.

I wouldn't get a tune from them esp since they are unknown. Spend a lil more money from a reputable company just for peace of mind. Theres plenty of better options out there. Look into some o.e. tuning.

Lol they sell from eBay rather than their website and the handwriting text is a dead give away their compensating for something . No tune will get 80% more hp lol . First our cars are n/a so that's impossible . The Most you can get put of a tins for an n/a motor is maybe 30 to the crank at least on our cars .
