It's not the original. The original tail lights are white throughout the midsection and only the turn signals are LEDs. The rest are all still halogen.

I should get my new C250 Coupe (C204) in 3-4 weeks but I've already bought a pair of new MB OEM tail lights from a European dealer to exchange the stock US red LED lights with the EU orange LED lights, and I am putting the stock (brand new) US red LED lights on sale.
I don’t think they will fit your S204!
