Hi Guys,
My puddle light underneath the side mirrors does not work... how do i fix it? The sorround lighting in ON in the settings. Its a C 250 sedan, 2012..

is just one not working? or are they both not coming on..

i've seen the setting inside the dash cluster

 

use the controls on your steering wheel. use the arrows to scroll right to "settings" then go to "lighting" then scroll down till you see "surround lighting" and it should say Press 'OK' to enable/disable. if enabled the display should show as orange light coming from the puddle and fog lights. if its off then it will show as white. if still doesnt work then take it to your dealer.

 

and they only work at night when unlocking the car

 

Thank you both for your input. I did check the settings. Sorround lights are on. I am taking it to the dealer to check on it.
