+ - how to disengage back to auto?

Stupid me, I have a c200 kompressor 09 model. The other day I decided to be a nuisance to myself and shifted the gears into "manual" using the + - but have no idea how to disengage properly, never used manual all this time. Panicked a bit and temporarily shifted it to neutral and then back to D to re-engage to auto. I know that's not the way to do it when on the fly. Someone out there, please enlighten this silly soul.

Many thanks

You hold it to the right and it'll disengage. I was in the same boat as you before. I thought the only way was to switch to neutral.

Found it out by reading this and its an interesting read:

Thank you Domm, really appreciate it. Now to give it a go. Merc's manuals are a bit dry reading...lol.
