Yep there will be an ECO button by where the heated seat controls are, if you turn it off the car will not turn off when you come to a stop.

Will not be delayed, the C is one of the higher volume cars and with so much competition it would be foolish to be late on the car. Seeing how it was 2008 for the 1st year we should see a new C right on time in 2014 as a 2015.
