Anyone know anything about these OBX Headers for C300 or C350?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OBX-Exhaust-...3b9d79&vxp=mtr

Are they bolt on or needs extra mods to install? Also, will I be losing a cat installing these?
I was thinking about getting these along with Magnaflow X-pipe, then perhaps a tune on top of it.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

If they are anything like the C5 Corvette headers the are cheap and fit like crap.

There's two people that have installed these headers on this forum, and I have heard no bad things about these headers from there posts.

hopefully this gets searched and comes up in the future. There are MANY posts on this subject, and results are included. The big problem for the 3.0 and 3.5 motors is the DYNO aspect. Sure u can slap on an exhaust system, remove cats, throw on some headers, but like ANY car if you cant tune it u will probably LOSE HP, or at least the bottom end grunt and gain on top what u lose on bottom. I have yet to see a youtube video of anyone tuning a w204 thats not an AMG, I have yet to see anyone post they got dyno tuned. I supposedly have a dyno tuned ECU tune thats for free flowing exhaust and 93 octane, how the hell do I know for sure? brabus says so but who knows, i got no dyno before and after so Im just *** dynoing like the rest of us. I do know its a pain to install any headers on our cars, the rears do not bolt up they are weld on, and its easier to pull the front cats out to install them, but that leads to problems too, possible CEL's and such. There really isnt much to gain HP in these cars other than trading up to a C63, its few HP gains avail but for LOTS of money. it sucks......period

OBX i've read before is that fitment is not on point and quality it is not good. If you know someone that does custom welding maybe you have a chance to get these headers installed.

Kleeman sells headers 4x the price of obx but if your serious about making a little more power I'd contact them for the headers and their tune.
