i have a 2010 C300 with no audio, any suggestion what the problem may be?

 

You're going to have to be a hell of a lot more descriptive than that. Do you have COMAND? HK sound system? No audio AT ALL? have you tried every source? Are you still under warranty?

 

Did you mute it? Thats all I can think of with the description.. ^+1

 

Did it suddenly cut out? Did it never work?

From the amount of information you've given us, I am gonna say, did you start the car?

 

check the on/off switch for audio system, my wife accidently bumped ours while inserting a cd and simply turned the audio system off, had her worried until she got home because she thought she had broken something.

 

it has the command system with the navigation,that works, the radio turns on, we had a hail storm and i'm thinking, the amp must of gotten wet and fried it

 

So your car, unlike all the others here, leaks like a sieve?

Look for something obvious. Check your fuse sheet (in the trunk with the tools) for the fuse positions. Whether there is more than one fuse is unknown to me but it's a start.

But since the car is still under warranty, why not go to the dealer?

 

Sounds like a trip to the dealer is called for.

 

If you have harmon kardon the amp is in the drivers side trunk boot, if you dont the amp is built into the head unit. U can get command in 2010 without HK option. There are fuses individually for HK system.
