Audio Control dial Malfunction
So the dial in my 2008 C350 has malfunctioned. It responds only to the clicks in, left and right but does not scroll. Anybody have this issue? I searched and nobody has run into it yet. I have the HK system with the bigger screen, forgot what the package was called.

That is the only answer. Unless you are an electrical genius and have the equipment to trouble shoot the component- you will have to have it replaced. It is a well-known issue that Mercedes is aware of. I am living with it because I don't trust the parts on ebay, and I was told the dealership charges close to $300 for the part (it's a whole module under the console). Sorry for the bad news.
