Blind Spot...Revisited

Hey everybody,

Thank you all for the great opinions and articles you provided about this subject. I have adjusted my side view mirrors to eliminate the blind spot. I have been driving for over a week that way, and it really is amazing how the blindspot just...poof, vanished. IMO, that's the purpose of these mirrors. I cringe every time I see an MB with convex mirror glued on.

Great advices

I tried it for a day and couldn't really get used to depending on my rearview mirror to judge distance when changing lanes. I'll stick to looking over my shoulder until my neck snaps from excessive lane changing

Yeah, I didn't think I could either, Domm. For some reason, not seeing part of my car was very weird. But, I stuck to it and got used to it. However, I don't think I will ever stop from doing a quick glance over my shoulder. I think I was born that way
