depending on options they are both in the ballpark on price, the warranty jumps the second car up 2500ish. Is the CPO a 100k mile warranty deal or a extended warranty deal? basically figure out if the extra warranty is worth it especially if your keeping the car for a few years, and if its a bumper to bumper deal its probably worth it. Even something little on these cars is big $$ and they do have their quirks......

Well for starters this appears to be a P1 barebones model. You dont have HID, Pano Roof, HK system, etc. etc. I would let them know that yes these are mercedes, but these are the very entry level ones. I'm not knocking the cars in anyway I'm just trying to find some amo for you. And like Jimmy said. The CPO is def worth some extra money.

I'm a huge drose fan/Bulls fan and I expected them to go all the way this season. Also, i'm a huge Heat hater. Now its left to the Pacers or dare I say.. Celtics? If not, OKC is the only hope.
On a more related note, I say the CPO might be a better deal for $1500 more. Does that mean the CPO has an extended warranty? You should find out.
