entering numbers during call
Hi - how do you enter numbers during a phone call? Example, when asked to press 1 for a selection, do I have to use the phone's number pad? I tried to use the number pad to the right of the power button but they don't seem to register.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? I also tried using the comand knob as well to select numbers.

Same here - very useful with those endless multiple choice phone menus that some non-customer-centric companies use!!
