Thumbs down new c250 LEMON FROM DAY ONE

hey guys kinda new here but i thought i should share my story. i have had many knew cars but this one has been NOTING but a problem. Nav doesnt work like it should from the first time i tried to but gas in my new car with about 350 miles on the clock ,the gas doesnt go into the tank i know it sounds dumb but its true i had to force gas into the tank so i could drive it, I was really busy the next few weeks so i couldnt take it in right away, then one day i was driving with half a tank (so i thought) and the car shuts off in the middle of LA rush hour the car starts to read that it doesnt have gas what happen to my half tank it said i had 2 seconds ago?(the car still had paper plates at this point)it is towed to the dealer (after MB roadside told me to wait 3 hours for a tow as i am blocking traffic so i had to pay out of my wallet) i had bought it from which i wont name at least right now mind you when you buy a new car they give you a free tank of gas which then did, that MEANS THEY KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR AND THEY STILL SOLD IT.....it was in the shop for 2 weeks finally they say its fixed after they took the car apart and put a whole new gas tank in i get it back and they had damged the car with only 2 thousand miles on it,they then fixed it but still having same issues as before just not as bad. MERCEDES BENZ USA HAS BEEN NO HELP NOTING! THE DEALER HAS BEEN EVEN WORSE PLUS I KNOW THEY KNEW THERE WAS A ISSUE....car is back in the shop at a 2nd dealer it has been in the shop for almost a month total and i have only owned it 4 months and even when i do have it i am afraid to drive it because it might leave me in traffic again, still no answers sorry for my rant but i thought i should share

sucks what's happening to you, but i don't think it constitutes a lemon yet. they usually have to attempt to fix the same problem a few times before they would rule it a lemon. secondly, a punctuation here and there would help others with understanding the problem. had to read it through twice to understand.

Yeah and avoid large walls of text. If that is how you send emails to the folks at MB, don't expect to be taken too seriously.

Can you tell where the car was made? I think it's included in the VIN:

Vin-Decoder

Good point. The 1st post is a 12" x 2.8" rectangle full of words. That is not communicating, it's a brain data dump. I see about 3 or 4 topics there, and each should get a paragraph. I've seen professionals use the wall of words approach to reports, and I hated reading them.

BTW, sounds like a lemon law case, read up on the fine print for your state, or pay a lawyer to do it.
