How much did the set up run you total and where did you acquire the parts from? How is it done with the exhaust...how is the split made? Thank you very much. Looks awesome, I debating if I want to do this as well.

First off the tips i purchased could have been put on the stock mufflers. With the mufflers I purchased, quad tips, diffuser, shipping, & labor the total was around $1,400. The tips are from http://www.quality-tuning.com part number 151574L & 151574R. diffuser is stock AMG OEM part number A204 885 45 25 and the brackets needed are A204 885 23 14 and A204 885 24 14. I replaced the diffuser and brackets myself so the exhaust shop could get the best fit. the mufflers are "solo performance" stainless steel high flow, offset offset config.

I am guessing I don't need mufflers. I would get my exhaust shop to fabricate the dual tips on my current muffler somehow. I am pretty sure that's possible. That should bring the cost down. How much were the 4 tips, diffuser/brackets? Rest I am guessing will be the cost of the shop doing all the installation and fitting the dual tips on stock muffler.

Whomever does the install would cut off the stock tips, and weld some form of an "S" piece on the exit of the muffler to get it to work. I think any decent muffler shop could handle it.

I think there was a thread around here by someone who did that and showed pictures and everything. I can't seem to find that now.
