2014 C-Class First Interior Spy Photo
What sets this set of spy photos apart however, is the addition of a heavily disguised interior photo. The photo shows a new large display between the speedo and the rev meter. The prototype is like a small lab with all the cables and laptop on the passenger seat though, so it is far to early to take any design cues.

Yea, what baggy upholstery! Not to mention that 1970s looking computer on the passenger side! Is that the new version of COMAND? Where does the passenger sit? What a terrible design! I can't believe this crap. I'm selling my C and buying a Geo Metro. That's a real car.

Am I crazy, or do I see a trackpad in the center console instead of the COMAND wheel?

I wonder why they didn't mention the 3-cylinder 750cc diesel with six turbochargers? Chasing CAFE again?

It seems to share a lot its design with the new A-class.

I also think I like the nav screen the way it is now on 2012 and not something that comes out or always stays out like that (new 3 series).
Not sure if I want them to move the gear shift.

I don't think it's a C Class. With the exposed fixed screen (note they taped paper to it, so not likely to have ability to slide down) on the instrument panel and round vent placement, I think this is the production version of the new CLA, launching next year, which we saw in show car version a month or two ago. The CLA is about the same overall size as the current C Class.
