Brake Caliper Clarification needed

Wife has a C200 CGi and I'm looking to upgrade the brakes, being that there is barely any aftermarket support for this model and BBK's are illegal in Hong Kong, the next logical step was to OEM upgrade. AMG Brakes are overkill for my wife's use not to mention the braking to power ratio is just way off. So I was looking for 4-pot calipers and in my search seem to have come to the conclusion that Benz no longer uses 4-pots even on Sport models. They are in fact a single floating piston on larger diameter rotors. Floating Caliper explained here (http://armyordnance.tpub.com/OD1008/OD10080048.htm)

Can anyone confirm that Benz Sport Calipers are the Floating Caliper and not the 4-pot's or vice versa? I pulled this off the Benz EPC from a C350 model (http://mb.ilcats.ru/part/class/1/cco...e/056/group/42)
